GroupBuyAITools provides shared access to third-party software tools on a subscription basis. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the tool vendors.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your access credentials outside your subscription.
• Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt shared accounts.
• Fair-use limits may apply to keep performance fast for all users.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We target high uptime but cannot guarantee a specific tool will be available at all times, as access depends on third-party vendors. See our Refund Policy for related remedies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
