Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains when refunds and credits apply.

Eligibility

• If a tool is unavailable for an extended period and we cannot restore access, you may request a prorated refund or account credit.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of the issue.
• Because access is granted instantly, change-of-mind refunds after access has been delivered are handled case by case.

Not eligible

• Issues caused by violating our Terms of Service (e.g. credential sharing).
• Vendor-side feature changes outside our control.
