The Designer plan is built around the two costs that hurt creative freelancers most: the design software itself, and the stock library you need to feed it. Buying an asset marketplace subscription alongside a design suite at list price is what pushes a small studio into the red, and it is the gap this plan exists to close.
It leans visual on purpose. Image and video generation, stock footage, icons, fonts and production music are all here, along with a chat assistant for the copy that ends up inside a design. If your week is mostly long-form writing with the occasional graphic, the Writer plan is the better fit.

Questions about the Designer Plan
Can I use downloaded assets in paid client work?
Standard licence terms come from the vendor, not from us, and a group-buy seat does not upgrade them. For routine client design work that is normally fine; for broadcast, resale or merchandise, read the vendor licence first. If a project is large enough that this matters, buy the licence directly — we will tell you the same on WhatsApp.
Do downloads stop working if my plan ends?
Files you have already downloaded stay on your machine. What ends is the ability to download more, and any licence terms that depend on an active subscription. Keep your own archive of anything a live project depends on.
Is Canva Pro the full version?
You get working access to the dashboard through our member panel, with the features the vendor ships on that tier. Nothing about the tool changes — the templates and exports are the ones the vendor provides.
What if I need both design and writing tools?
Take All in One. Two category plans cost more than the bundle and renew separately, so there is no reason to run them side by side.
